Building B1

Building B1

Project Description

One of the largest houses in the Pelion settlement, this two-story residence features a traditional stone roof and basement. It faces southeast and offers a unique view of the Pagasetic Gulf. The entrance to the residence is from the private parking area and the cobbled street of the settlement. On the first level of the ground floor are the entrance hall, kitchen, and dining room, while below is a spacious living room. The outdoor areas and balconies on the ground floor are arranged around the house, continuing the unique view of the sea. The central staircase connects the first floor, with its traditional wooden beams, which includes the three bedrooms and two bathrooms of the house, and the raised basement with the common areas and the auxiliary toilet. The gardens, which are in contact with the stone wall in the southern part, create a continuity from the surrounding landscape to the interior of the settlement.
