Building B3

Building B3

Project Description

Located on one of the highest levels of the plot, the residence is a two-story building with a traditional stone roof and a basement. It faces southeast and offers a unique view of the Pagasetic Gulf. The ground floor is divided into two levels. The first level comprises the entrance hall, kitchen, and WC, while the second level features a spacious living room with a fireplace. The outdoor areas and balconies surround the ground floor, offering a unique view of the sea. The central staircase connects the first floor, with its traditional wooden beams, which consists of two large bedrooms and the main bathroom, and the basement with its common areas and auxiliary toilet.  The surrounding area is formed by the private parking lot and the stone-paved stairs around the house, providing direct access to the main entrance. The garden is adjacent to the stone wall on the south and east sides of the residence, creating a natural continuation of the surrounding landscape within the settlement.
